When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way.

"And behold! I inspired the disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger: they said, 'We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'".

He said: "O my people! No wandering is there in my (mind): on the contrary I am a messenger from the Lord and Cherisher of the worlds!

And he raised his parents high on the throne (of dignity), and they fell down in prostration, (all) before him. He said: "O my father! this is the fulfilment of my vision of old! Say: "I am no bringer of new-fangled doctrine among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I follow but that which is revealed to me by inspiration; I am but a Warner open and clear."

It was We who revealed the law (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah's will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. It is He Who maketh the stars (as beacons) for you, that ye may guide yourselves, with their help, through the dark spaces of land and sea: We detail Our signs for people who know.

They swear their strongest oaths by Allah, that if a (special) sign came to them, by it they would believe. Say: "Certainly (all) signs are in the power of Allah: but what will make you (Muslims) realise that (even) if (special) signs came, they will not believe."?

我曾命人孝敬父母；如果他俩勒令你用你所不知道的东西配我，那末，你不要服从他俩。你们要归于我，我要把你们的行为告诉你们。

你说：“我不是破天荒的天使；我不知道我要遭遇什么，也不知道你们要遭遇什么，我只遵从我所受的启示，我只是一个坦率的警告者。”

我确已降示你许多明显的迹象，只有罪人不信它。

易卜拉欣和叶尔孤白都曾以此嘱咐自己的儿子说：“我的儿子们啊！真主确已为你们拣选了这个宗教，所以你们除非成了归顺的人不可以死。”

你们不要借诈术而侵蚀别人的财产，不要以别人的财产贿赂官吏，以便你们明知故犯地借罪行而侵蚀别人的一部分财产。

难道你没有看见那个人吗？真主把国权赏赐他，故他与易卜拉欣争论他的主。当时，易卜拉欣说：“我的主能使死者生，能使生者死。”他说：“我也能使死者生，能使生者死。”易卜拉欣说：“真主的确能使太阳从东方升起，你使它从西方升起吧。”那个不信道的人，就哑口无言了。真主不引导不义的民众。

你们获得福利，他们就忧愁；你们遭遇祸患，他们就快乐。如果你们坚忍而且敬畏，那末，他们的计谋不能伤你们一丝毫。真主确是周知他们的行为的。

我确已降示《讨拉特》，其中有向导和光明，归顺真主的众先知，曾依照它替犹太教徒进行判决，一般明哲和博士，也依照他们所奉命护持的天经而判决，并为其见证，故你们不要畏惧人，当畏惧我，不要以我的迹象去换取些微的代价。谁不依照真主所降示的经典而判决，谁是不信道的人。

在你们之前，有一些民众，曾询问过此类问题，嗣后，他们因此而变成不信道的人。

他们中有倾听你的，我在他们的心上加蒙蔽，以免他们了解《古兰经》。又在他们的耳中造重听。他们即使看见－切迹象，他们也不会确信。等到他们来和你辩论的时候，不信道的人说：“这只是古人的神话。”

这等人，我曾把天经.智慧和预言赏赐他们。如果这些人不信这些事物，那末，我就把这些事物委托一个对于它们不会不信的民众。
