Indeed,
those whom
you call
besides Allah
are slaves
like you.
So invoke them
and let them respond
to you,

you were seeking help
(of) your Lord
and He answered

the Angels

for you,
but if
you return,
We will return (too).
And never will
avail
you
your forces

(they are) numerous.

Allah

your sins
and forgive
you.

O Prophet!
Say
to whoever

your hands

the captives,
`If
Allah knows
in
your hearts
any good,
He will give you
better
than what
was take
from you,
and He will forgive
you.
And Allah
(is) Oft-Forgiving,
Most Merciful.`
Indeed,
those who
have believed
and emigrated
and strove hard
with their wealth
and their lives
in
(the) way
(of) Allah
and those who
gave shelter
and helped
those -
some of them
(are) allies
(of) another.
But those who
believed
and (did) not
emigrate,
(it is) not
for you
to protect them
(in) anything,
until
they emigrate.
And if
they seek your help
in
the religion,
then it is on you
to help them
except
against
a people
between you
and between them
(is) a treaty.
And Allah
of what
you do
(is) All-Seer.
And an announcement
from Allah
and His Messenger
to
the people
(on the) day
(of) the greater Pilgrimage
that
Allah
(is) free from (all) obligations
to
the polytheists.
and (so is) His Messenger.
So if
you repent,
then, it is
best
for you.
But if
you turn away
then know
that you
(can) not
escape
Allah.
And give glad tidings
(to) those who
disbelieve
of a punishment
painful.
How
can (there) be
for the polytheists
a covenant
with
Allah
and with
His Messenger,
except
those (with) whom
you made a treaty
near
the Sacred Mosque?
So long as
they are upright
to you
be upright
to them.
Indeed,
Allah
loves
the God conscious.
O you who believe!
What
(is the matter) with you
when
it is said
to you
go forth
in
(the) way
(of) Allah,
you cling heavily
to
the earth?
Are you pleased
with the life
of the world
(rather) than
the Hereafter?
But what
(is the) enjoyment
(of) the life
of the world
in (comparison) to
the hereafter
except
a little.
Go forth,
light
or heavily
and strive
with your wealth
and your lives
in
(the) way
(of) Allah.
That
(is) better
for you,
if
you
know.
And among them
(are) those who
hurt
the Prophet
and they say,
`He is
[an] (all) ear.`
Say,
`An ear
(of) goodness
for you,
he believes
in Allah,
and believes
the believers,
and is a mercy
to those who
believe
among you.`
And those who
hurt
(the) Messenger
(of) Allah,
for them
(is) a punishment
painful.
They swear
by Allah
to you
to please you.
And Allah
and His Messenger
(have) more right
that
they should please Him,
if
they are
believers.
They will make excuses
to ou
when
you (have) returned
to them.
Say,
`(Do) not
make excuse,
never
we will believe
you.
Verily,
Allah (has) informed us
of
your news,
and Allah will see
your deeds,
and His Messenger.
Then
you will be brought back
to,
(the) Knower
(of) the unseen
and the seen,
then He will inform you
of what
you used (to)
do.`
They will swear
by Allah
to you
when
you returned
to them,
that you may turn away
from them.
So turn away
from them,
indeed, they
(are) impure
and their abode
(is) Hell,
a recompense
for what
they used (to)
earn.
They swear
to you
that you may be pleased
with them.

you are pleased
with them,
then indeed,
Allah
(is) not pleased
with
the people
(who are) defiantly disobedient.
Indeed,
Allah
to Him (belongs)
the dominion
(of) the heavens
and the earth,
He gives life,
and He causes death.

for you
besides Allah

any helper.
Say,
`Is (there)

your partners

guides
to
the truth?`

`Allah

guides

the truth
more worthy
that
he should be followed
or (he) who
(does) not

unless
[that]
he is guided?
Then what
(is) for you,
how
you judge?`

`Have you seen

Allah has sent down
for you,

(the) provision,
and you have made
of it
unlawful
and lawful?`

permitted

against

we see you

a man

(are) the lowest of us
immature in opinion.
And not
we see
in you
over us
any
merit;
nay,
we think you
(are) liars.`

I say
to you
(that) with me
(are the) treasures
(of) Allah,
and not
I know
the unseen,
and not
I say
that I am
an Angel,
and not
I say
for those whom
look down upon
your eyes,
never
will Allah give them
any good.
Allah
knows best
what
(is) in
their souls.
Indeed, I
then
(will be) surely of
the wrongdoers.`

benefit you
my advice
(even) if
I wish
to

[to] you,

it was Allah's
will

let you go astray.

`O my people!

Verily those whom ye call upon besides Allah are servants like unto you: Call upon them, and let them listen to your prayer, if ye are (indeed) truthful!
Behold! Allah promised you one of the two (enemy) parties, that it should be yours: Ye wished that the one unarmed should be yours, but Allah willed to justify the Truth according to His words and to cut off the roots of the Unbelievers;-

Remember ye implored the assistance of your Lord, and He answered you: "I will assist you with a thousand of the angels, ranks on ranks."
(O Unbelievers!) if ye prayed for victory and judgment, now hath the judgment come to you: if ye desist (from wrong), it will be best for you: if ye return (to the attack), so shall We. Not the least good will your forces be to you even if they were multiplied: for verily Allah is with those who believe!
O ye who believe! if ye fear Allah, He will grant you a criterion (to judge between right and wrong), remove from you (all) evil (that may afflict) you, and forgive you: for Allah is the Lord of grace unbounded.

Remember Satan made their (sinful) acts seem alluring to them, and said: "No one among men can overcome you this day, while I am near to you": But when the two forces came in sight of each other, he turned on his heels, and said: "Lo! I am clear of you; lo! I see what ye see not; Lo! I fear Allah: for Allah is strict in punishment."
O Prophet! say to those who are captives in your hands: "If Allah findeth any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and He will forgive you: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful."
Those who believed, and adopted exile, and fought for the Faith, with their property and their persons, in the cause of Allah, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid,- these are (all) friends and protectors, one of another. As to those who believed but came not into exile, ye owe no duty of protection to them until they come into exile; but if they seek your aid in religion, it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance. And (remember) Allah seeth all that ye do.
And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith.
How can there be a league, before Allah and His Messenger, with the Pagans, except those with whom ye made a treaty near the sacred Mosque? As long as these stand true to you, stand ye true to them: for Allah doth love the righteous.
O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter.
Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, and strive and struggle, with your goods and your persons, in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if ye (but) knew.
Among them are men who molest the Prophet and say, "He is (all) ear." Say, "He listens to what is best for you: he believes in Allah, has faith in the Believers, and is a Mercy to those of you who believe." But those who molest the Messenger will have a grievous penalty.
To you they swear by Allah. In order to please you: But it is more fitting that they should please Allah and His Messenger, if they are Believers.
They will present their excuses to you when ye return to them. Say thou: "Present no excuses: we shall not believe you: Allah hath already informed us of the true state of matters concerning you: It is your actions that Allah and His Messenger will observe: in the end will ye be brought back to Him Who knoweth what is hidden and what is open: then will He show you the truth of all that ye did."
They will swear to you by Allah, when ye return to them, that ye may leave them alone. So leave them alone: For they are an abomination, and Hell is their dwelling-place,-a fitting recompense for the (evil) that they did.
They will swear unto you, that ye may be pleased with them but if ye are pleased with them, Allah is not pleased with those who disobey.
Unto Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He giveth life and He taketh it. Except for Him ye have no protector nor helper.
Say: "Of your 'partners' is there any that can give any guidance towards truth?" Say: "It is Allah Who gives guidance towards truth, is then He Who gives guidance to truth more worthy to be followed, or he who finds not guidance (himself) unless he is guided? what then is the matter with you? How judge ye?"
Say: "See ye what things Allah hath sent down to you for sustenance? Yet ye hold forbidden some things thereof and (some things) lawful." Say: "Hath Allah indeed permitted you, or do ye invent (things) to attribute to Allah?"

We sent Noah to his people (with a mission): "I have come to you with a Clear Warning:
But the chiefs of the Unbelievers among his people said: "We see (in) thee nothing but a man like ourselves: Nor do we see that any follow thee but the meanest among us, in judgment immature: Nor do we see in you (all) any merit above us: in fact we thing ye are liars!"
"I tell you not that with me are the treasures of Allah, nor do I know what is hidden, nor claim I to be an angel. Nor yet do I say, of those whom your eyes do despise that Allah will not grant them (all) that is good: Allah knoweth best what is in their souls: I should, if I did, indeed be a wrong-doer."
"Of no profit will be my counsel to you, much as I desire to give you (good) counsel, if it be that Allah willeth to leave you astray: He is your Lord! and to Him will ye return!"
To the 'Ad People (We sent) Hud, one of their own brethren. He said: "O my people! worship Allah! ye have no other god but Him. (Your other gods) ye do nothing but invent!
你们舍真主而祈祷的，确是跟你们一样的奴仆。你们祈祷他们吧，请他们答应你们的祈求吧，如果你们是诚实的人。
当时，真主应许你们两伙人中的一伙，你们要的是没有武装的那一伙，而真主欲以他的言辞证实真理，并根绝不信道的人，

如果你们祈祷胜利，那末，胜利已降临你们了；如果你们停战，那对于你们是更好的。如果你们卷土重来，我就再次援助信土们，你们的部队虽多，对于你们却无裨益，真主确实是和信士们在一起的。
信道的人们啊！如果你们敬畏真主，他将以鉴识赏赐你们，并原谅你们的罪行，饶恕你们。真主是有鸿恩的。

当时，恶魔以他们的行为蛊惑他们，他说：“今天，任何人不能战胜你们，我确是你们的保护者。”当两军对垒的时候，他向后转，他说：“我与你们确是无干的，我的确能看见你们所不能看见的，我的确畏惧真主。真主的刑罚是严厉的。”
先知啊！你对你们手中的俘虏们说：“如果真主知道你们心中有善意，那末，他要把比你们所纳的赎金更好的东西赏赐你们，而且要饶恕你们。真主是至赦的，至慈的。”
信道而且迁居，并以自己的财产和生命为真主而奋斗的人和款留（使者），赞助（正道）的人，这等人互为监护者。信道而未迁居的人，绝不得与你们互为监护人，直到他们迁居；如果他们为宗教事而向你们求援，那末，你们应当援助他们，除非他们的敌人与你们有盟约关系。真主是明察你们的行为的。
（这是）从真主及其使者在大朝之日传示众人的通告：真主及其使者对于以物配主者是无干的。如果你们悔过，那对于你们是更好的，如果你们背离，那末，须知你们不能逃避真主的谴责。你以痛苦的刑罚向不信道者报喜吧。
在真主及其使者看来，以物配主者怎么会有盟约呢？但在禁寺附近与你们缔结盟约的人，在他们为你们遵守盟约的期间，你们当为他们遵守盟约。真主确是喜爱敬畏者的。
信道的人们啊！教你们为真主而出征的时候，你们怎么依恋故乡，懒得出发呢？难道你们愿以后世的幸福换取今世的生活吗？今世的享受比起后世的幸福来是微不足道的。
你们当轻装地，或重装地出征，你们当借你们的财产和生命为真主而奋斗。这对于你们是更好的，如果你们知道。
他们中有人伤害先知，称他为耳朵，你说：“他对于你们是好耳朵，他信仰真主，信任信士们，他是你们中信道者的慈恩。”伤害先知的人们，将受痛苦的刑罚。
他们以真主对你们盟誓，以便你们喜悦，如果他们真是信士，更应该使真主及其使者喜悦。
当你们转回去见到他们的时候，他们要向你们托故。你说：“你们不要托故。我们绝不相信你们；真主确已把你们的情况告诉了我们。真主及其使者将要看你们的行为，然后，你们将被送到全知幽明者那里去，他将把你们的行为告诉你们。”
当你们转回去见到他们的时候，他们要以真主发誓，以便你们避开他们。你们就避开他们吧。他们确是污秽的；他们的归宿是火狱。那是因为报酬他们的营谋。
他们对你们发誓，以便你们喜欢他们。即使你们喜欢他们，（也无济于事），因为真主必定不喜欢放肆的民众。
真主确有天地间的统治权，他能使死者生，能使生者死，除真主外，你们绝无任何保护者，也无任何援助者。
你说：“你们的配主有能导人于真理的吗？”你说：“真主能导人于真理。是能导人于真理的更宜于受人顺从呢？还是须受引导才能遵循正道的，更宜于受人顺从呢？你们怎么啦？你们怎么这样判断呢？”
你说：“你们告诉我吧！真主为你们降下的给养，你们把它分为违法的与合法的，你们究竟是奉真主的命令呢？还是假借真主的名义而造谣呢？”

（你说）：”你们只应当崇拜真主，我确是奉他的命来警告你们，并向你们报喜的。
倘若他们不答应你们，那末，你们当知道这本经是依真主的知觉而降示的，并应当知道，除他外，绝无应受崇拜的。你们是顺服的人吗？
我确已派遣努哈去教化他的宗族说：“我对你们确是一个坦率的警告者。
但他的宗族中不信道的贵族说：“我们认为你只是像我们一样的一个凡人，我们认为只有我们中那些最卑贱的人们才轻率地顺从你，我们认为你们不比我们优越。我们甚至相信你们是说谎的。”
我不对你们说我有真主的宝藏，也不说我知道幽玄，也不说我确是一个天神，也不说你们所藐视的人，真主绝不赏赐他们任何福利--真主是知道他们的事情的--否则，我必是一个不义的人。”
如果我欲忠告你们，而真主欲使你们迷误，那我的忠告是无济于你们的。他是你们的主，你们只被召归于他。”
我确已派遣阿德人的弟兄呼德去教化他们，他说：“我的宗族啊！你们应当崇拜真主，除他外，绝无应受你们崇拜的。你们只是造谣者。
