Didst thou not Turn by vision to those who abandoned their homes, though they were thousands (In number), for fear of death? Allah said to them: "Die": Then He restored them to life. For Allah is full of bounty to mankind, but Most of them are ungrateful.

By Allah's will they routed them; and David slew Goliath; and Allah gave him power and wisdom and taught him whatever (else) He willed. And did not Allah Check one set of people by means of another, the earth would indeed be full of mischief: But Allah is full of bounty to all the worlds.

Allah did indeed fulfil His promise to you when ye with His permission Were about to annihilate your enemy,-until ye flinched and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed it after He brought you in sight (of the booty) which ye covet. Among you are some that hanker after this world and some that desire the Hereafter. Then did He divert you from your foes in order to test you but He forgave you: For Allah is full of grace to those who believe.

And they returned with Grace and bounty from Allah: no harm ever touched them: For they followed the good pleasure of Allah: And Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.

Then the first will say to the last: "See then! No advantage have ye over us; so taste ye of the penalty for all that ye did !"

And what think those who invent lies against Allah, of the Day of Judgment? Verily Allah is full of bounty to mankind, but most of them are ungrateful.

"(And to preach thus), 'Seek ye the forgiveness of your Lord, and turn to Him in repentance; that He may grant you enjoyment, good (and true), for a term appointed, and bestow His abounding grace on all who abound in merit! But if ye turn away, then I fear for you the penalty of a great day:

But the chiefs of the Unbelievers among his people said: "We see (in) thee nothing but a man like ourselves: Nor do we see that any follow thee but the meanest among us, in judgment immature: Nor do we see in you (all) any merit above us: in fact we thing ye are liars!"

But verily thy Lord is full of grace to mankind: Yet most of them are ungrateful.

It is Allah Who has made the Night for you, that ye may rest therein, and the days as that which helps (you) to see. Verily Allah is full of Grace and Bounty to men: yet most men give no thanks.

你没有知道，那为怕死而整千整万的从自己家里逃亡出去的人吗？真主曾对他们说：“你们死亡吧。”嗣後，又使他们复活。真主对於世人确是有恩惠的，但世人大半不感谢。

他们借真主的佑助而打败敌人。达五德杀死查鲁特，真主把国权和智慧赏赐他，并把自己所意欲的（知识）教授他。要不是真主以世人互相抵抗，那末，大地的秩序必定紊乱了。但真主对於全世界是有恩惠的。

你们奉真主的命令而歼灭敌军之初，真主确已对你们实践他的约言；直到了在他使你们看见你们所喜爱的战利品之后，你们竟示弱、内争、违抗（使者的）命令。你们中有贪恋今世的，有企图后世的。嗣后，他使你们离开敌人，以便他试验你们。他确已饶恕你们。真主对于信士是有恩惠的。

他们带着从真主发出的赏赐和恩惠转回来，他们没有遭受任何损失，他们追求真主的喜悦。真主是有宏恩的。

他们中最先的对最后的说：“那末，你们对我们并无任何优越，故你们当因自己的行为而尝试刑罚！”

假借真主的名义而造谣的人们在复活日将作何猜想呢？真主对人们，确是有恩惠的，但他们大半不感谢。

你们应当向你们的主求饶，然后，向他悔过，他就使你们获得优美的享受，到一个 限期，并赏赐有美德者以大量的恩惠。如果你们违背正道，那末，我的确担心你们遭受重大日的惩罚。

但他的宗族中不信道的贵族说：“我们认为你只是像我们一样的一个凡人，我们认为只有我们中那些最卑贱的人们才轻率地顺从你，我们认为你们不比我们优越。我们甚至相信你们是说谎的。”

你的主对于世人，确是有大恩的，但他们大半是不感谢的。

真主为你们创造黑夜，以便你们安息；创造白昼，以便你们观看；真主对于人类，确是有恩惠的，但人类大半不感谢。
