On the Day when some faces will be (lit up with) white, and some faces will be (in the gloom of) black: To those whose faces will be black, (will be said): "Did ye reject Faith after accepting it? Taste then the penalty for rejecting Faith."

If thou couldst but see when they are confronted with their Lord! He will say: "Is not this the truth?" They will say: "Yea, by our Lord!" He will say: "Taste ye then the penalty, because ye rejected Faith."

Then the first will say to the last: "See then! No advantage have ye over us; so taste ye of the penalty for all that ye did !"

Their prayer at the House (of Allah) is nothing but whistling and clapping of hands: (Its only answer can be), "Taste ye the penalty because ye blasphemed."

On the Day when heat will be produced out of that (wealth) in the fire of Hell, and with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs, their flanks, and their backs.- "This is the (treasure) which ye buried for yourselves: taste ye, then, the (treasures) ye buried!"

"Taste ye then - for ye forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will forget you - taste ye the Penalty of Eternity for your (evil) deeds!"

Therein will they cry aloud (for assistance): "Our Lord! Bring us out: we shall work righteousness, not the (deeds) we used to do!" - "Did We not give you long enough life so that he that would should receive admonition? and (moreover) the warner came to you. So taste ye (the fruits of your deeds): for the wrong-doers there is no helper."

And on the Day that the Unbelievers will be placed before the Fire, (they will be asked,) "Is this not the Truth?" they will say, "Yea, by our Lord!" (One will say:) "Then taste ye the Penalty, for that ye were wont to deny (Truth)!"

And they even sought to snatch away his guests from him, but We blinded their eyes. (They heard:) "Now taste ye My Wrath and My Warning."

"So taste ye My Wrath and My Warning."

"So taste ye (the fruits of your deeds); for no increase shall We grant you, except in Punishment."

在那日，有些脸将变成白皙的，有些脸将变成黧黑的。至于脸色变黑的人（天神将对他们说）：”你们既信道之后又不信道吗？你们为不信道而尝试刑罚吧。”

当他们奉命站在他们的主那里的时候，假若你看见他们的情状……。真主将说：“难道这不是真实的吗？”他们将说：“不然，以我们的主发誓！”他将说：“你们尝试刑罚吧，因为你们从前不信它。”

他们中最先的对最后的说：“那末，你们对我们并无任何优越，故你们当因自己的行为而尝试刑罚！”

他们在禁寺附近的礼拜，只是打呼哨和拍掌。（不信道的人啊！）你们为不信道而尝试刑罚吧。

在那日，要把那些金银放在火狱的火里烧红，然后用来烙他们的前额、肋下和背脊。这是你们为自己而窖藏的金银。你们尝尝藏在窖里的东西的滋味吧！

你们尝试吧！因为你们忘记今日的相会，我确已忘记你们了。你们因为自己的行为而尝试永久的刑罚吧。

他们在里面求救说：“我们的主啊！求你放我们出去，我们将改过迁善。”难道我没有延长你们的寿数，使能觉悟者有觉悟的时间吗？警告者已降临你们了。你们尝试刑罚吧，不义者绝没有任何援助者。

不信道的人们遭受火刑之日，或者将对他们说：“难道这刑罚不是真实的吗？”他们将说：“是真实的，以我们的主盟誓！”他将说：“你们尝试刑罚吧！因为你们没有信道。”

他们确已诱惑他，叫他不要保护他的客人，但我涂抹了他们的眼睛。你们尝试我的刑罚和警告吧！

你们尝试我的刑罚和警告吧！

（将对他们说：）“你们尝试吧！我只增加你们所受的刑罚。”
