Without doubt, among men, the nearest of kin to Abraham, are those who follow him, as are also this Prophet and those who believe: And Allah is the Protector of those who have faith.

O Prophet! sufficient unto thee is Allah,- (unto thee) and unto those who follow thee among the Believers.

O Prophet! rouse the Believers to the fight. If there are twenty amongst you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred: if a hundred, they will vanquish a thousand of the Unbelievers: for these are a people without understanding.

O Prophet! say to those who are captives in your hands: "If Allah findeth any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and He will forgive you: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful."

O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell,- an evil refuge indeed.

O Prophet! Fear Allah, and hearken not to the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites: verily Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom.

The Prophet is closer to the Believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers. Blood-relations among each other have closer personal ties, in the Decree of Allah. Than (the Brotherhood of) Believers and Muhajirs: nevertheless do ye what is just to your closest friends: such is the writing in the Decree (of Allah).

O Prophet! Say to thy Consorts: "If it be that ye desire the life of this World, and its glitter,- then come! I will provide for your enjoyment and set you free in a handsome manner.

O Prophet! Truly We have sent thee as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and Warner,-

O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee; and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts, and daughters of thy maternal uncles and aunts, who migrated (from Makka) with thee; and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed her;- this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large); We know what We have appointed for them as to their wives and the captives whom their right hands possess;- in order that there should be no difficulty for thee. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

O Prophet! O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

O Prophet! When believing women come to thee to take the oath of fealty to thee, that they will not associate in worship any other thing whatever with Allah, that they will not steal, that they will not commit adultery (or fornication), that they will not kill their children, that they will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood, and that they will not disobey thee in any just matter,- then do thou receive their fealty, and pray to Allah for the forgiveness (of their sins): for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.

O Prophet! Why holdest thou to be forbidden that which Allah has made lawful to thee? Thou seekest to please thy consorts. But Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

When the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his consorts, and she then divulged it (to another), and Allah made it known to him, he confirmed part thereof and repudiated a part. Then when he told her thereof, she said, "Who told thee this? "He said, "He told me Who knows and is well-acquainted (with all things)."

O Prophet! Strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell,- an evil refuge (indeed).

与易卜拉欣最亲密的，确是顺从他的人，和这个先知，和信道的人。真主是信士们的保佑者。

先知啊！真主能使你满足，能使追随你的信士们满足。

先知啊！你应当鼓励信士们奋勇抗战，如果你们中有二十个坚忍的人，就能战胜二百个敌人；如果你们中有一百个人，就能战胜一千个不信道的人；因为不信道者是不精明的民众。

先知啊！你对你们手中的俘虏们说：“如果真主知道你们心中有善意，那末，他要把比你们所纳的赎金更好的东西赏赐你们，而且要饶恕你们。真主是至赦的，至慈的。”

先知啊！你当对不信道者和伪信者战斗并严厉地对待他们，他们的归宿是火狱，那归宿真恶劣！

先知啊！你应当敬畏真主，你不要顺从不信者和伪信者，真主确是全知的，确是至睿的。

先知对信士的权利，重于他们自身的权利，他的众妻，是他们的母亲。血亲与血亲相互间的权利，依真主的经典，是重于信士和迁士的权利的，除非你们对自己的亲友行善。这是记录在天经里的。

先知啊！你对你的众妻说：“如果你们欲得今世的生活与其装饰，那末，你们来吧！我将以离仪馈赠你们，我任你们依礼而离去。

先知啊！我确已派遣你为见证，为报喜者，为警告者，

先知啊！我确已准你享受你给予聘礼的妻子，你的奴婢，即真主以为你的战利品的，你的从父的女儿．你的姑母的女儿．你的舅父的女儿．你的姨母的女儿．她们是同你一道迁居的。信道的妇女，若将自身赠与先知，若先知愿意娶她，这是特许你的，信士们不得援例--我知道我为他们的妻子与奴婢而对他们做出的规定--以免你感受困难。真主是至赦的，是至慈的。

先知啊！我确已准你享受你给予聘礼的妻子，你的奴婢，即真主以为你的战利品的，你的从父的女儿．你的姑母的女儿．你的舅父的女儿．你的姨母的女儿．她们是同你一道迁居的。信道的妇女，若将自身赠与先知，若先知愿意娶她，这是特许你的，信士们不得援例--我知道我为他们的妻子与奴婢而对他们做出的规定--以免你感受困难。真主是至赦的，是至慈的。

先知啊！你应当对你的妻子、你的女儿和信士们的妇女说：她们应当用外衣蒙着自己的身体。这样做最容易使人认识她们，而不受侵犯。真主是至赦的，是至慈的。

先知啊！如果信女们到你面前来与你誓约：她们不以任何物配真主，不偷盗，不通奸，不杀自己的儿女，不以别人的儿子冒充丈夫的儿子，不违背你的合理的命令，那末，你当与她们誓约，你当为她们向真主告饶。真主确是至赦的，确是至慈的。

先知啊！当你们休妻的时候，你们当在她们的待婚期之前休她们，你们当计待婚期，当敬畏真主－－－你们的主。你们不要把她们从她们的房里驱逐出门，她们也不得自己出门，除非她们做了明显的丑事。这是真主的法度，谁超越真主的法度，谁确是不义者。你们不知道，此后，真主或许创造一件事情。

先知啊！真主准许你享受的，你为什么加以禁戒，以便向你的妻子们讨好呢？真主是至赦的，是至慈的。

当时，先知把一句话秘密地告欣他的一个妻子，她即转告了别人，而真主使先知知道他的秘密已被泄漏的时候，他使她认识一部分，而隐匿一部分。当他既以泄漏告诉她的时候，她说：“谁报告你这件事的？”他说：“是全知的、彻知的主告诉我的。”

先知啊！你当与不信道的人们和伪信的人们奋斗，你当以严厉的态度对待他们。他们的归宿是火狱，那归宿真恶劣！
