Allah disdains not to use the similitude of things, lowest as well as highest. Those who believe know that it is truth from their Lord; but those who reject Faith say: "What means Allah by this similitude?" By it He causes many to stray, and many He leads into the right path; but He causes not to stray, except those who forsake (the path),-

He said: "O my Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother: so separate us from this rebellious people!"

Allah said: "Therefore will the land be out of their reach for forty years: In distraction will they wander through the land: But sorrow thou not over these rebellious people.

That is most suitable: that they may give the evidence in its true nature and shape, or else they would fear that other oaths would be taken after their oaths. But fear Allah, and listen (to His counsel): for Allah guideth not a rebellious people:

And We ordained laws for him in the tablets in all matters, both commanding and explaining all things, (and said): "Take and hold these with firmness, and enjoin thy people to hold fast by the best in the precepts: soon shall I show you the homes of the wicked,- (How they lie desolate)."

Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than Allah, or His Messenger, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the rebellious.

Whether thou ask for their forgiveness, or not, (their sin is unforgivable): if thou ask seventy times for their forgiveness, Allah will not forgive them: because they have rejected Allah and His Messenger: and Allah guideth not those who are perversely rebellious.

They will swear unto you, that ye may be pleased with them but if ye are pleased with them, Allah is not pleased with those who disobey.

Whether ye cut down (O ye Muslim!) The tender palm-trees, or ye left them standing on their roots, it was by leave of Allah, and in order that He might cover with shame the rebellious transgresses.

And remember, Moses said to his people: "O my people! why do ye vex and insult me, though ye know that I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you?" Then when they went wrong, Allah let their hearts go wrong. For Allah guides not those who are rebellious transgressors.

It is equal to them whether thou pray for their forgiveness or not. Allah will not forgive them. Truly Allah guides not rebellious transgressors.

真主的确不嫌以蚊子或更小的事物设任何譬喻；信道者，都知道那是从他们的主降示的真理；不信道者，却说：“真主设这个譬喻的宗旨是甚麽？”他以譬喻使许多人入迷途，也以譬喻使许多人上正路；但除悖逆者外，他不以譬喻使人入迷途。

他说：“我的主啊！除我自己和我哥哥外，我不能作主，我求你使我们和犯罪的民众分开。”

真主说：“在四十年内，他们不得进入圣地，他们要漂泊在旷野；故你不要哀悼犯罪的民众。”

这种规定，更能使证人据实作证，或畏惧发誓之后誓言遭到拒绝。你们当敬畏真主，当听从命令。真主是不引导犯罪的民众的。

我曾为他在法版中制定各种教训和各种解释。”你要坚持它，并命令你的宗族遵循其中最美的条例，我将昭示你们罪人们的国家。”

你说：“如果你们以为自己的父亲、儿子、兄弟、妻子、亲戚，以及你们得来的财产，生怕滞销的生意，和心爱的住宅，比真主及其使者和为真主而奋斗更为可爱，那你们就等待著，直到真主执行他的命令吧。真主是不引导放肆的民众的。”

你可以替他们求饶，也可以不替他们求饶。即使你替他们求饶七十次，真主也不会饶恕他们。因为他们不信真主及其使者。真主是不引导放肆的民众的。

他们对你们发誓，以便你们喜欢他们。即使你们喜欢他们，（也无济于事），因为真主必定不喜欢放肆的民众。

无论你们砍伐海枣树，或任其依然存在，都是真主所允许的，他准许伐树，原为凌辱放荡者。

当时，穆萨曾对他的宗族说：“我的宗族啊！你们既知道我是真主派来教化你们的使者，你们为什麽诽谤我呢？”当他们背离正道的时候，真主使他们的心背离真理；真主是不引导悖逆的民众的。

你为他们求饯与否，这在他们，是一样的。真主绝不赦宥他们，真主必定不引导悖逆的民众。
