On that Day no question will be asked of man or Jinn as to his sin.

That Allah may forgive thee thy faults of the past and those to follow; fulfil His favour to thee; and guide thee on the Straight Way;

For what crime she was killed;

"And (further), they have a charge of crime against me; and I fear they may slay me."

For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)!

Say: "If ye do love Allah, Follow me: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement.

He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in Gardens of Eternity: that is indeed the Supreme Achievement.

(Namely), those who say: "Our Lord! we have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire;"-

All that they said was: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith."

"Our Lord! we have heard the call of one calling (Us) to Faith, 'Believe ye in the Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, blot out from us our iniquities, and take to Thyself our souls in the company of the righteous.

They said: "O our father! ask for us forgiveness for our sins, for we were truly at fault."

And this (He commands): Judge thou between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they beguile thee from any of that (teaching) which Allah hath sent down to thee. And if they turn away, be assured that for some of their crime it is Allah's purpose to punish them. And truly most men are rebellious.

He said: "This has been given to me because of a certain knowledge which I have." Did he not know that Allah had destroyed, before him, (whole) generations,- which were superior to him in strength and greater in the amount (of riches) they had collected? but the wicked are not called (immediately) to account for their sins.

Their messengers said: "Is there a doubt about Allah, The Creator of the heavens and the earth? It is He Who invites you, in order that He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a term appointed!" They said: "Ah! ye are no more than human, like ourselves! Ye wish to turn us away from the (gods) our fathers used to worship: then bring us some clear authority."

"O our people, hearken to the one who invites (you) to Allah, and believe in him: He will forgive you your faults, and deliver you from a Penalty Grievous.

"So He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a stated Term: for when the Term given by Allah is accomplished, it cannot be put forward: if ye only knew."

Each one of them We seized for his crime: of them, against some We sent a violent tornado (with showers of stones); some were caught by a (mighty) Blast; some We caused the earth to swallow up; and some We drowned (in the waters): It was not Allah Who injured (or oppressed) them:" They injured (and oppressed) their own souls.

They will then confess their sins: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire!

Then they rejected him (as a false prophet), and they hamstrung her. So their Lord, on account of their crime, obliterated their traces and made them equal (in destruction, high and low)!

How many generations have We destroyed after Noah? and enough is thy Lord to note and see the sins of His servants.

And put thy trust in Him Who lives and dies not; and celebrate his praise; and enough is He to be acquainted with the faults of His servants;-

(Their plight will be) no better than that of the people of Pharaoh, and their predecessors: They denied our Signs, and Allah called them to account for their sins. For Allah is strict in punishment.

See they not how many of those before them We did destroy?- generations We had established on the earth, in strength such as We have not given to you - for whom We poured out rain from the skies in abundance, and gave (fertile) streams flowing beneath their (feet): yet for their sins We destroyed them, and raised in their wake fresh generations (to succeed them).

To those who inherit the earth in succession to its (previous) possessors, is it not a guiding, (lesson) that, if We so willed, We could punish them (too) for their sins, and seal up their hearts so that they could not hear?

"(Deeds) after the manner of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them: They rejected the Signs of Allah, and Allah punished them for their crimes: for Allah is Strong, and Strict in punishment:

(Deeds) after the manner of the people of Pharaoh and those before them": They treated as false the Signs of their Lord: so We destroyed them for their crimes, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh: for they were all oppressors and wrong-doers.

Others (there are who) have acknowledged their wrong-doings: they have mixed an act that was good with another that was evil. Perhaps Allah will turn unto them (in Mercy): for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Do they not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them? They were even superior to them in strength, and in the traces (they have left) in the land: but Allah did call them to account for their sins, and none had they to defend them against Allah.

你说：“如果你们喜爱真主，就当顺从我；（你们顺从我），真主就喜爱你们，就赦宥你们的罪过。真主是至赦的，是至慈的。”

他就改善你们的行为，就赦宥你们的罪过。服从真主及其使者的人，确已获得伟大的成功。

他将赦宥你们的罪过，并且使你们入下临诸河的乐园和常住的乐园中的许多优美的住宅，那确是伟大的成功。

他们说：“我们的主啊！我们确已信道了，求你赦宥我们的罪过，求你使我们得免于火狱的刑罚。”

他们没有别的话，只说：“我们的主啊！求你赦宥我们的罪恶，和我们的过失，求你坚定我们的步伐，求你援助我们以对抗不信道的民众。”

我们的主啊！我们确已听见了一个召唤的人，召人于正信，（他说）：'你们当确信你们的主。'我们就确信了。我们的主啊！求你赦宥我们的罪恶，求你消除我们的过失，求你使我们与义人们死在一处。

他们说：“我们的父亲啊！请你为我们求饶，我们确是有罪的。”

你当依真主所降示的经典而替他们判决，你不要顺从他们的私欲，你当谨防他们引诱你违背真主所降示你的一部分经典。如果他们违背正道，那末，你须知真主欲因他们的一部分罪过，而惩罚他们。有许多人，确是犯罪的。

他说：“我获得这项财富，只是因为我有特殊的知识罢了。”难道他不知道吗？在他之前，真主所毁灭的各世代的恶人，有比他能力更强、积蓄更多的。犯罪的人，是不必加以审问的。

他们族中的使者说：“难道对于真主--天地的创造者--还有怀疑吗？他号召你们行善，以便他饶恕你们的罪过，并对你们缓刑到一个定期。”他们说：“你们只是像我们一样的凡人，你们欲阻止我们崇拜我们的祖先所崇拜的（偶像），你们昭示我们一个明证吧！”

我们的宗族啊！你们当应答真主的号召者，而归信真主，真主将赦宥你们的一部分罪过，并使你们得免于痛苦的刑罚。

他就赦宥你们的罪过，并且让你们延迟到一个定期。真主的定期一旦来临的时候，是绝不延迟的，假若你们知道。”

每一个人，我都因他的罪过而加以惩罚，他们中有我曾使飞沙走石的暴风去伤害的，有为恐怖所袭击的，有我使他沦陷在地面下的，有被我溺杀的，真主不致亏枉他们，但他们亏枉了自己。

他们承认他们的罪过。让火狱的居民远离真主的慈恩！

但他们否认使者而宰杀母驼，故他们的主因他们的罪过而毁灭他们，使他们普遍受难。

在努哈之后，我毁灭了若干世代。你的主对于其仆人的罪行，足为彻知者和明察者。

你应当信任永生不灭的主，你应当赞颂他超绝万物。他足以彻知他的罪过。

（他们的情状），犹如法老的百姓和他们以前的各民族的情状一样；他们否认真主的迹象，故真主因他们的罪恶而惩治他们。真主的刑罚是严厉的。

难道他们不知道吗？在他们之前，我曾毁灭了许多世代，并且把没有赏赐你们的地位赏赐了他们，给他们以充足的雨水，使诸河流行在他们的下面。嗣后，我因他们的罪过而毁灭他们。在他们（灭亡）之后，我创造了别的世代。

继先民之后而为大地的主人公的人们，假若我意欲，我必因他们的罪恶而惩治他们；并且封闭他们的心，故他们不听劝谏。难道他们不明白这个道理吗？

（他们的常态）犹如法老的百姓和以前的民族的常态一样，他们不信真主的迹象，故真主因他们的罪行而惩治他们。真主确是全能的，他的刑罚确是严厉的。

（他们的常态）犹如法老的百姓和以前的民族的常态一样，他们否认自己的主的迹象。故我因他们的罪恶而毁灭他们，把法老的百姓淹死在海里，他们原是不义者。

还有一些人已承认自己的罪过。他们曾使善行和恶行互相混合，真主或许准他们悔过。真主确是至恕的，确是至慈的。

难道他们没有在大地上旅行以观察前人的结局是怎样的吗？前人比他们势力更大、成绩更多；但真主因他们的罪过而惩治了他们，他们对真主没有任何保卫者。
