the Fire,

(is) for you
besides Allah

protectors;
then
not
you will be helped.
And be patient,
for indeed,
(does) not
let go waste
(the) reward
(of) the good-doers.
And say
to those who
(do) not
believe,
(according) to
your position;
indeed, we
(are also) working.
He said,
`O my son!
(Do) not
relate
your vision
your brothers
lest they plan
against you
a plot.

`Surely, you will inform them
about this affair,

the one who

Egypt
to his wife,
`Make comfortable
his stay.
Perhaps

(he) will benefit us
we will take him
(as) a son.`
And thus
We established
the land
that We might teach him
(the) interpretation of
the events.
And Allah
(is) Predominant
over
His affairs,
(of) the mankind
(do) not
And sought to seduce him

`Come on

He said,
`I seen refuge in Allah.
Indeed, he

my stay.

beside Him
which you have named them,
and your forefathers,

(has) sent down
for it

authority.
Not
(is) the command
for Allah.
He has commanded
that not
you worship
Him Alone.
That
(is) the religion
the right,
[the] men
(do) not

he may know
that I

[I] betray him
in secret,
and that
(does) not
(the) plan
(of) the betrayers.`
And he said,
`O my sons!

one gate,
from
different.
And not
I can avail
against
any
thing.

(is) the decision

with Allah,
upon Him
I put my trust
and upon Him,
let put (their) trust
the ones who put trust.`

they entered

ordered them
their father,

avail(ed)

which he carried out.
And indeed, he
was a possessor
(of) knowledge

We had taught him,

I complain
(of) my suffering
and my grief
Allah,
and I know

you know.
O my sons!
and inquire
about
and his brother,
and not
(the) Mercy of Allah.
Indeed,
none
despairs
(the) Mercy of Allah
except
the people
the disbelievers.`
They said,
`Are you indeed,
[surely you],
Yusuf?`
He said,
`I am
and this
(is) my brother.
Indeed,
Allah has been gracious
Indeed, he
who
fears Allah
and (is) patient,
then indeed,
(does) not
let go waste
(the) reward
(of) the good-doers.
He said,
`No
upon you
Allah will forgive
you,
and He
(is) the Most Merciful
(of) those who show mercy.
Then when
[that]
arrived
the bearer of glad tidings,
he cast it
over
his face,
then returned (his) sight.
He said,
`Did not
I say
to you,
indeed, I
[I] know
from
what
not
you know?`
Do they then feel secure
(against) that
comes to them
an overwhelming
[of]
punishment
(of) Allah,
comes to them
the Hour
suddenly
while they
(do) not
perceive?
Alif Laam Mim Ra.
These
(are) the Verses
(of) the Book.
And that which
has been revealed
to you
from
your Lord
(is) the truth,
(of) the mankind
(do) not
believe.
For him
(are) successive (Angels)
before him
and behind him,
who guard him
(the) Command of Allah.
Indeed,
(does) not
change
the condition of a people
until
they change
what
(is) in themselves.
And when
Allah wills
for a people
misfortune,
then (there is) no
turning away
of it,
and not
for them
besides Him
any
protector.
To Him
(is) supplication
(of) the truth.
And those whom
they invoke
besides Him
not
they respond
to them
with a thing
except
like one who stretches
his hands
towards

his mouth,
but not
reaches it.
And not
(is) the supplication
(of) the disbelievers

Say,
`Who
(is) the Lord
(of) the heavens
and the earth?`

`Allah.`

`Have you then taken
besides Him,
protectors,
not
they have power
for themselves
(to) benefit
and not
(to) harm?`
Say,
`Is
the blind
and the seeing?
the darkness[es]
and the light?
they attribute
to Allah
partners
who created
like His creation,
so that seemed alike
the creation
to them?`
Say,
`Allah
(is) the Creator
of all
things,
and He
(is) the One
the Irressistible.`
But when he saw their hands went not towards the (meal), he felt some mistrust of them, and conceived a fear of them. They said: "Fear not: We have been sent against the people of Lut."

Said (the father): "My (dear) little son! relate not thy vision to thy brothers, lest they concoct a plot against thee: for Satan is to man an avowed enemy!
Said one of them: "Slay not Joseph, but if ye must do something, throw him down to the bottom of the well: he will be picked up by some caravan of travellers."
They said: "O our father! why dost thou not trust us with Joseph,- seeing we are indeed his sincere well-wishers?
So they did take him away, and they all agreed to throw him down to the bottom of the well: and We put into his heart (this Message): 'Of a surety thou shalt (one day) tell them the truth of this their affair while they know (thee) not'
The man in Egypt who bought him, said to his wife: "Make his stay (among us) honourable: may be he will bring us much good, or we shall adopt him as a son." Thus did We establish Joseph in the land, that We might teach him the interpretation of stories (and events). And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.
But she in whose house he was, sought to seduce him from his (true) self: she fastened the doors, and said: "Now come, thou (dear one)!" He said: "Allah forbid! truly (thy husband) is my lord! he made my sojourn agreeable! truly to no good come those who do wrong!"
He said: "Before any food comes (in due course) to feed either of you, I will surely reveal to you the truth and meaning of this ere it befall you: that is part of the (duty) which my Lord hath taught me. I have (I assure you) abandoned the ways of a people that believe not in Allah and that (even) deny the Hereafter.

Further he said: "O my sons! enter not all by one gate: enter ye by different gates. Not that I can profit you aught against Allah (with my advice): None can command except Allah: On Him do I put my trust: and let all that trust put their trust on Him."
And when they entered in the manner their father had enjoined, it did not profit them in the least against (the plan of) Allah: It was but a necessity of Jacob's soul, which he discharged. For he was, by our instruction, full of knowledge (and experience): but most men know not.
He said: "I only complain of my distraction and anguish to Allah, and I know from Allah that which ye know not...
"O my sons! go ye and enquire about Joseph and his brother, and never give up hope of Allah's Soothing Mercy: truly no one despairs of Allah's Soothing Mercy, except those who have no faith."
They said: "Art thou indeed Joseph?" He said, "I am Joseph, and this is my brother: Allah has indeed been gracious to us (all): behold, he that is righteous and patient,- never will Allah suffer the reward to be lost, of those who do right."
He said: "This day let no reproach be (cast) on you: Allah will forgive you, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy!
Then when the bearer of the good news came, He cast (the shirt) over his face, and he forthwith regained clear sight. He said: "Did I not say to you, 'I know from Allah that which ye know not?'"
Do they then feel secure from the coming against them of the covering veil of the wrath of Allah,- or of the coming against them of the (final) Hour all of a sudden while they perceive not?
A.L.M.R. These are the signs (or verses) of the Book: that which hath been revealed unto thee from thy Lord is the Truth; but most men believe not.
For each (such person) there are (angels) in succession, before and behind him: They guard him by command of Allah. Allah does not change a people's lot unless they change what is in their hearts. But when (once) Allah willeth a people's punishment, there can be no turning it back, nor will they find, besides Him, any to protect.
For Him (alone) is prayer in Truth: any others that they call upon besides Him hear them no more than if they were to stretch forth their hands for water to reach their mouths but it reaches them not: for the prayer of those without Faith is nothing but (futile) wandering (in the mind).
Say: "Who is the Lord and Sustainer of the heavens and the earth?" Say: "(It is) Allah." Say: "Do ye then take (for worship) protectors other than Him, such as have no power either for good or for harm to themselves?" Say: "Are the blind equal with those who see? Or the depths of darkness equal with light?" Or do they assign to Allah partners who have created (anything) as He has created, so that the creation seemed to them similar? Say: "Allah is the Creator of all things: He is the One, the Supreme and Irresistible."

他们当中有一个发言人曾说:“你们不要杀死优素福,你们可以把他投入井里。要是你们那样做了,一些过路的旅客会把他拾去的。”
他们说:“我们的父亲啊!你对于优素福怎么不信任我们呢?我们对于他确是怀好意的。
当他们把他带走,并且一致决定把他投入井底的时候,我启示他说:“将来你必定要把他们这件事,在他们不知不觉的时候,告诉他们。”
那购买他的埃及人对自己的妻子说:“你应当优待他,他也许对我们有好处,或者我们抚养他做义子。”我这样使优素福在大地上获得地位,以便我教他圆梦。真主对于其事务是自主的,但人们大半不知道。
他的女主人,把所有的门都紧紧地关闭起来,然后,勾引他说:“快来(拥抱)我啊!”他说:“求真主保佑我!他是我的主,他已优待了我。不义的人必定不会成功。”

他说:“我的孩子们,不要从一道城门进城,应当分散开,从几道城门进去。我对于真主的(判决),毫无裨益于你们;一切判决只归真主,我只信赖他,让一切信赖者都只信赖他吧!”
当他们遵照他们父亲的命令而进城的时候,他对于真主的判决没有丝毫裨益,但那是叶尔孤白心中的一种希望。他已把它表白出来。他曾受我的教诲,所以他确是有知识的,但世人大半不知道。
他说:“我只向真主诉说我的忧伤,我从真主那里知道你们所不知道的。”
他说:“我的孩子们!你们去打听优素福和他弟弟的消息吧。你们不要绝望于真主的慈恩,只有不信道的人们才绝望于真主的慈恩。”
他们说:“怎么,你呀!真是优素福吗?”他说:“我是优素福,这是我弟弟,真主确已降恩给我们。谁敬畏而且坚忍,(谁必受报酬),因为真主必不使行善者徒劳无酬。”
他说:“今天对你们毫无谴责,但愿真主饶恕你们。他是最慈爱的。
当报喜者来到后,他就.渐.谷.X在他的脸上,他的眼睛立即恢复了视力。他说:“难道我没有对你们说过吗?我的确从真主知道你们所不知道的。”
难道他们不怕真主惩罚中的大灾降临他们,或复活时在他们不知不觉之中,突然降临他们吗?
艾列弗,俩目,米目,拉仪。这些是天经的节文。从你的主降示于你的经典,确是真实的,但众人大半不信。
每个人的前面和后面,都有许多接踵而来的天神,他们奉真主的命令来监护他。真主必定不变更任何民众的情况,直到他们变更自己的情况。当真主欲降灾害于任何民众的时候,那灾害是不可抗拒的。除真主外,他们绝无保佑者。
真实的祈祷只归于他,他们舍他而祈祷的(偶像),一点也不能答应他们的祈求。但他们好像一个人,把两只手掌伸向水中,以便水达到他的口,其实,水绝不会达到他的口的。不信道者的祈祷,只在迷误中。
你说:“谁是天地的主?”你说:“真主。”你说:“难道你们舍真主而把那些不能自主祸福者当作保佑者吗?”你说,”盲人与非盲人是一样的吗?黑暗与光明是一样的吗?”他们为真主树立了许多伙伴,难道那些伙伴能像真主那样创造万物,以致他们分辨不出两种创造吗?你说:“真主是万物的创造者,他确是独一的,确是万能的。”
