And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful."

Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment.

A divorce is only permissible twice: after that, the parties should either hold Together on equitable terms, or separate with kindness. It is not lawful for you, (Men), to take back any of your gifts (from your wives), except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah. If ye (judges) do indeed fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah, there is no blame on either of them if she give something for her freedom. These are the limits ordained by Allah; so do not transgress them if any do transgress the limits ordained by Allah, such persons wrong (Themselves as well as others).

These are the Signs of Allah: we rehearse them to thee in truth: verily Thou art one of the messengers.

Those messengers We endowed with gifts, some above others: To one of them Allah spoke; others He raised to degrees (of honour); to Jesus the son of Mary We gave clear (Signs), and strengthened him with the holy spirit. If Allah had so willed, succeeding generations would not have fought among each other, after clear (Signs) had come to them, but they (chose) to wrangle, some believing and others rejecting. If Allah had so willed, they would not have fought each other; but Allah Fulfilleth His plan.

These are the Signs of Allah: We rehearse them to thee in Truth: And Allah means no injustice to any of His creatures.

Those are limits set by Allah: those who obey Allah and His Messenger will be admitted to Gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (for ever) and that will be the supreme achievement.

Such were the towns whose story We (thus) relate unto thee: There came indeed to them their messengers with clear (signs): But they would not believe what they had rejected before. Thus doth Allah seal up the hearts of those who reject faith.

Such are some of the stories of the unseen, which We have revealed unto thee: before this, neither thou nor thy people knew them. So persevere patiently: for the End is for those who are righteous.

Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil.

Behold, such would be indeed a division most unfair!

They say: "It would, in that case, be a return with loss!"

斋戒的夜间，准你们和妻室交接。她们是你们的衣服，你们是她们的衣服。真主已知道你们自欺，而恕饶你们，赦免你们；现在，你们可以和她们交接，可以求真主为你们注定的（子女），可以吃，可以饮，至黎明时天边的黑线和白线对你们截然划分。然後整日斋戒，至於夜间。你们在清真寺幽居的时候，不要和她们交接。这是真主的法度，你们不要临近它。真主这样为世人阐明他的迹象，以便他们敬畏。

你们当为真主而完成大朝和小朝。如果你们被困於中途，那末，应当献一只易得的牺牲。你们不要剃发，直到牺牲到达其定所。你们当中谁为生病或头部有疾而剃发，谁当以斋戒，或施舍，或献牲，作为罚赎。当你们平安的时候，凡在小朝後享受到大朝的人，都应当献一只易得的牺牲。凡不能献牲的，都应当在大朝期间斋戒三日，归家後斋戒七日，共计十日。这是家眷不在禁寺区域内的人所应尽的义务。你们当敬畏真主，你们当知道真主的刑罚是严厉的。

休妻是两次，此後应当以善意挽留（她们），或以优礼解放（她们）。你们已经给过她们的财产，丝毫不得取回，除非夫妻两人恐怕不能遵守真主的法度。如果你们恐怕他们俩不能遵守真主的法度，那末，她以财产赎身，对於他们俩是毫无罪过的。这是真主的法度，你们不要违犯它。谁违犯真主的法度，谁是不义的人。

这些是真主的迹象，我本真理而对你宣读它。你确是众使者之一。

这些使者，我使他们的品格互相超越；他们中有真主曾和他们说话的，有真主提升他若干等级的。我曾以许多明证赏赐麦尔彦之子尔撤，并且以玄灵扶助他。假若真主意欲，他们的信徒在明证降临之後，必不互相残杀，但他们意见分歧，他们中有信道的，有不信道的。假若真主意欲，他们必不互相攻击，但真主是为所欲为的。

这是真主的迹象，其中包含真理，我对你宣读它，真主不欲亏枉众生。

这些是真主的法度。谁服从真主和使者，真主将使谁入那下临诸河的乐园，而永居其中。这是伟大的成功。

这些城市，我已把它们的部分故事告诉了你。各民族的使者，确已用许多明证昭示本族的人；但他们不会相信自己以前所否认的。真主就这样封闭不信道者的心。

这是部分幽玄的消息，我把它启示你。以前，你和你的宗族都不知道它，故你应当坚忍。善果归于敬畏的人们。

已应许敬畏者的乐园，其情状是这样的：那乐园下临诸河，其中的果实是永恒的，其中的荫影也是永恒的。这是敬畏者的果报；不信道者的果报是火狱。

就是我将使众仆中的敬畏者继承的乐园。

穆萨啊！在你右手里的是什么？”

那句话，将要常为他们的哀号，直到我使他们变成谷茬和死灰。
