whether she will be guided

and the false deities,

the Book
surely we (would) have been
better guided
than they.
So verily
has come to you
clear proofs
from
your Lord
and a Guidance
and a Mercy.
Then who
(is) more unjust
than he who
denies
[with] the Verses
of Allah,
and turns away
from them?
We wll recompense
those who
turn away
from
Our Signs
(with) an evil
punishment
because
they used (to)
turn away.
Say,
`Each
works
on
his manner,
but your Lord
(is) most knowing
of who
[he]
(is) best guided
(in) way.`
Say,
'Then bring
a Book
from Allah,
which
(is) a better guide
than both of them
that I may follow it,
if
you are
truthful.'
And they swore
by Allah
(the) strongest
(of) their oaths
that if
came to them
a warner,
surely, they would be
more guided
than
any
(of) the nations.

came to them

not
it increase them
but
(in) aversion.
Then is he who
walks
fallen
on
his face
better guided
or (he) who
walks
upright
on
(the) Path
Straight?
O my father!
Indeed, [I]
verily
(has) come to me

the knowledge

came to you,
so follow me;
I will guide you

than what

'Indeed, we
with what
you are sent
with [it]

surrender.

`Will you provide me
with wealth?

Allah has given me
(is) better
than what
He has given you.

rejoice.
But indeed, I am
going to send
to them
a gift
and see
with what
return
the messengers.`

他们指真主而发出的最严重的誓言说：“如果有一个警告者来临我们，那末，我们遵循正道必甚过任何一个民族。”当警告者来临他们的时候，他们却更加悖谬，
究竟谁更能获得引导呢？是匍匐而行的人呢？还是在正路上挺身而行的人呢？
我的父亲啊！没有降临你的知识，确已降临我了；你顺从我吧，我要指示你一条正路。
那个归信者又说：“我的宗族啊！你们顺从我，我就把你们引上正道。
我的宗族啊！今日国权只归你们，你们在国中称雄。如果真主的刑罚来临，那末，谁助我们抵抗它呢？”法老说：“我只以我的主张指示你们，我只引导你们走上正道。”
他说：“即使我显示你们一种比你们祖先的宗教更为崇正的宗教，你们还要遵从你们的祖先吗？”他们说：“我们确是不信你们所奉的使命。”
