He said,
`My Lord!
for me
a sign.`
He said,
`Your sign
(is) that not
you will speak
(to) the people,
(for) three
nights
sound.`
Then she took
from them
a screen.
Then We sent
Our Spirit
then he assumed for her the likeness
(of) a man
well-proportioned.
O my father!
Indeed, [I]
verily
(has) come to me
the knowledge
what
not
came to you,
so follow me;
I will guide you
(to) the path
Then is he who
fallen
his face
better guided
or (he) who
upright
(the) Path
Straight?
(Zakariya) said: "O my Lord! give me a Sign." "Thy Sign," was the answer, "Shall be that thou shalt speak to no man for three nights, although thou art not dumb."
She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.
"O my father! to me hath come knowledge which hath not reached thee: so follow me: I will guide thee to a way that is even and straight.
Is then one who walks headlong, with his face grovelling, better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way?
他说:“我的主啊!求你为我预定一种迹象。”他说:“你的迹象是你无疾无病,但三日三夜你不能和人说话。”
她用一个帷幕遮蔽著,不让人们看见她。我使我的精神到她面前,他就对她显现成一个身材匀称的人。
我的父亲啊!没有降临你的知识,确已降临我了;你顺从我吧,我要指示你一条正路。
究竟谁更能获得引导呢?是匍匐而行的人呢?还是在正路上挺身而行的人呢?
