This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers, but chaste women among the People of the Book, revealed before your time,- when ye give them their due dowers, and desire chastity, not lewdness, nor secret intrigues if any one rejects faith, fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good).

They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you Turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein.

They are those whose works will bear no fruit in this world and in the Hereafter nor will they have anyone to help.

And those who believe will say: "Are these the men who swore their strongest oaths by Allah, that they were with you?" All that they do will be in vain, and they will fall into (nothing but) ruin.

Those who reject Our signs and the meeting in the Hereafter,- vain are their deeds: Can they expect to be rewarded except as they have wrought?

It is not for such as join gods with Allah, to visit or maintain the mosques of Allah while they witness against their own souls to infidelity. The works of such bear no fruit: In Fire shall they dwell.

As in the case of those before you: they were mightier than you in power, and more flourishing in wealth and children. They had their enjoyment of their portion: and ye have of yours, as did those before you; and ye indulge in idle talk as they did. They!- their work are fruitless in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will lose (all spiritual good).

Covetous over you. Then when fear comes, thou wilt see them looking to thee, their eyes revolving, like (those of) one over whom hovers death: but when the fear is past, they will smite you with sharp tongues, covetous of goods. Such men have no faith, and so Allah has made their deeds of none effect: and that is easy for Allah.

That is because they hate the Revelation of Allah; so He has made their deeds fruitless.

This because they followed that which called forth the Wrath of Allah, and they hated Allah's good pleasure; so He made their deeds of no effect.

They are those who deny the Signs of their Lord and the fact of their having to meet Him (in the Hereafter): vain will be their works, nor shall We, on the Day of Judgment, give them any weight.

This is the guidance of Allah: He giveth that guidance to whom He pleaseth, of His worshippers. If they were to join other gods with Him, all that they did would be vain for them.

But it has already been revealed to thee,- as it was to those before thee,- "If thou wert to join (gods with Allah), truly fruitless will be thy work (in life), and thou wilt surely be in the ranks of those who lose (all spiritual good)".

O ye who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak aloud to him in talk, as ye may speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds become vain and ye perceive not.

They are those for whom there is nothing in the Hereafter but the Fire: vain are the designs they frame therein, and of no effect and the deeds that they do!

Those who reject Allah, hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and resist the Messenger, after Guidance has been clearly shown to them, will not injure Allah in the least, but He will make their deeds of no effect.

今天，准许你们吃一切佳美的食物；曾受天经者的食物，对于你们是合法的；你们的食物，对于他们也是合法的；信道的自由女，和曾受天经的自由女，对于你们都是合法的，如果你们把他们的聘仪交给她们，但你们应当是贞节的，不可是淫荡的，也不可是有情人的。谁否认正信，谁的善功，确已无效了；他在后世，是亏折的人。

他们问你禁月内可以作战吗？你说：“禁月内作战是大罪；妨碍主道，不信真主，妨碍（朝觐）禁寺，驱逐禁寺区的居民出境，这些行为，在真主看来，其罪更大。迫害是比杀戮还残酷的。”如果他们能力充足，势必继续进攻你们，务使你们叛教。你们中谁背叛正教，至死还不信道，谁的善功在今世和後世完全无效。这等人，是火狱的居民，他们将永居其中。

这等人的善功,在今世和后世,完全无效,他们绝没有援助者。

信道的人说：“这等人，就是指真主而发出最严重的盟誓，自称与你们同教的人吗﹖”他们的善功，已完全无效，故他们已变成亏折的人。

否认我的迹象和后世会见的人，他们的善功是无效的，他们只受自己行为的报酬。

以物配主者，在供认迷信情况下，不宜管理真主的清真寺，这等人的善功已无效果，他们将来要永居火狱之中。

（伪信的人们啊！你们）像你们以前逝去的民族一样，不过他们的势力比你们雄厚，财产和子嗣比你们富庶，他们曾享受他们的份儿，你们也可以享受你们的份儿，犹如在你们之前逝去的民族曾享受他们的份儿一样；你们也像他们那样去闲谈吧！这等人的善功，在今世和后世都是无效的。这等人是亏折的。

他们对你们是吝啬的。当恐怖降临的时候，你见他们望着你，他们的眼睛转动得象昏死的人一样；当恐怖消失的时候，他们却以尖利的口舌痛骂你们，而他们对钱财是吝啬的。这等人，没有信道，故真主揭示他们的行为的虚伪，这对于真主是容易的。

那是因为他们厌恶真主所降示的经典，故他将使他们的善功无效。

那是因为他们顺从那触犯真主的事物，并厌恶他所喜悦的事物，故他使他们的善功无效。

这等人不信他们的主的迹象，也不信将与他相会，所以他们在今世生活中的善功变为无效的，复活日我不为他们树立权衡。

这是真主的正道，他以它引导他所欲引导的仆人。假若他们以物配主，那末，他们的善功必定变成无效的。

你和你以前的人，都奉到启示说：“如果你以物配主，则你的善功，必定无效，而你必定成为亏折者。

信道的人们啊！不要使你们的声音高过先知的声音，不要对他高声说话，犹如你们彼此间高声说话那样，以免你们的善功变为无效，而你们是不知不觉的。

这等人在后世只得享受火狱的报酬，他们的事业将失效，他们的善行是徒然的。

不信道，并妨碍主道，且在认识正道后反对使者的人们，绝不能损伤真主一丝毫，他要使他们的善功无效。
