Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship Thy god and the god of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac,- the one (True) Allah: To Him we bow (in Islam)."

We took the Children of Israel (with safety) across the sea. They came upon a people devoted entirely to some idols they had. They said: "O Moses! fashion for us a god like unto the gods they have." He said: "Surely ye are a people without knowledge.

He said: "Shall I seek for you a god other than the (true) Allah, when it is Allah Who hath endowed you with gifts above the nations?"

They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah: there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).

Those who adopt, with Allah, another god: but soon will they come to know.

Take not with Allah another object of worship; or thou (O man!) wilt sit in disgrace and destitution.

These are among the (precepts of) wisdom, which thy Lord has revealed to thee. Take not, with Allah, another object of worship, lest thou shouldst be thrown into Hell, blameworthy and rejected.

We gave strength to their hearts: Behold, they stood up and said: "Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and of the earth: never shall we call upon any god other than Him: if we did, we should indeed have uttered an enormity!

If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through!

Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment.

(Pharaoh) said: "If thou dost put forward any god other than me, I will certainly put thee in prison!"

So call not on any other god with Allah, or thou wilt be among those under the Penalty.

And call not, besides Allah, on another god. There is no god but He. Everything (that exists) will perish except His own Face. To Him belongs the Command, and to Him will ye (all) be brought back.

"Has he made the gods (all) into one Allah? Truly this is a wonderful thing!"

"Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty."

And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open!

当叶尔孤白临死的时候，你们在埸吗？当时，他对他的儿子们说：“我死之後，你们将崇拜甚麽？”他们说：“我们将崇拜你所崇拜的，和你的祖先易卜拉欣、易司马仪、易司哈格所崇拜的──独一的主宰──我们只归顺他。”

我曾使以色列后裔渡过海去。当他们经过一伙崇拜偶像的民众时，他们说：”穆萨啊！请你为我们设置一个神灵，犹如他们有许多神灵一样。”他说：“你们确是无知的民众。

他说：“真主曾使你们超越全世界，我怎能舍真主而替你们别求神灵呢？”

他们舍真主而把他们的博士、僧侣和麦尔彦之子麦西哈当做主宰。他们所奉的命令只是崇拜独一的主宰，除他之外，绝无应受崇拜的。赞颂真主超乎他们所用来配他的！

嘲笑者除真主外还崇拜别的神灵，不久他们就会知道了。

你不要使任何物与真主同受崇拜，以免你变成受责备、遭遗弃的。

这是你的主所启示你的智慧，你不要使任何神明与真主同受崇拜，否则，你将在受责备和遭弃绝的情况下被投入火狱。

我曾使他们的心坚忍。当时，他们站起来说：“我们的主，是天地的主，我们绝不舍他而祈祷任何神明，否则，我们必定说出不近情理的话。

凡在祈祷真主的同时祈祷别的无稽的神灵者，他将在主那里受到清算，不信道者必不能成功。

他们只祈祷真主，不祈祷别的神灵；他们不违背真主的禁令而杀人， 除非由于偿命；他们也不通奸。谁犯此类（罪恶），谁遭惩罚；

法老说：“如果你舍我而敬事别的神灵，我誓必使你变成一个囚犯。”

除真主外，你不要祈祷别的神灵，以免你遭受刑罚。

除真主外，你不要祈祷别的任何神灵，除他外，绝无应受崇拜的。除他的本体外，万物都要毁灭。判决只由他作出，你们只被召归于他。

难道他要将许多神灵变成一个神灵吗？这确是一件怪事。”

以别的神灵与真主同受崇拜者；你们俩将他投入严厉的刑罚吧！

你们不要以别的神灵与真主同受崇拜，我对于你们确是一个坦率的警告者。”
