(of) your forefathers,
and Ishaq-
And we
to Him
(are) submissive.'
Prescribed
for you

approaches

making the will
for the parents
and the near relatives
with due fairness
a duty
the righteous ones.
And when
present
(at) the (time of) division
and the orphans
and the poor,
then provide them
from it
and speak
to them
(of) kindness.
And not
(is) the acceptance of repentance
for those who
the evil deeds
until
when
approaches
one of them
[the] death,
he says,
`Indeed I
repent
and not
those who
while they
(are) disbelievers.
Those -
We have prepared
for them
a punishment
painful.
believe!
(Take) testimony
among you
when
approaches
one of you
[the] death,
(at the) time (of making)
[the] a will
just men
among you,
two others
from
other than you
(are) travel(ing)
the earth
then befalls you
calamity
(of) [the] death.
Detain both of them
the prayer
and let them both swear
by Allah
you doubt,
`We will not exchange
if for
a price
even if

a near relative,
and not
we will conceal
testimony
(of) Allah.
Indeed, we
then
(will) surely (be) of
the sinnes.`
Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship Thy god and the god of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac,- the one (True) Allah: To Him we bow (in Islam)."
It is prescribed, when death approaches any of you, if he leave any goods that he make a bequest to parents and next of kin, according to reasonable usage; this is due from the Allah-fearing.
But if at the time of division other relatives, or orphans or poor, are present, feed them out of the (property), and speak to them words of kindness and justice.
Of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil, until death faces one of them, and he says, "Now have I repented indeed;" nor of those who die rejecting Faith: for them have We prepared a punishment most grievous.
O ye who believe! When death approaches any of you, (take) witnesses among yourselves when making bequests,- two just men of your own (brotherhood) or others from outside if ye are journeying through the earth, and the chance of death befalls you (thus). If ye doubt (their truth), detain them both after prayer, and let them both swear by Allah: "We wish not in this for any worldly gain, even though the (beneficiary) be our near relation: we shall hide not the evidence before Allah: if we do, then behold! the sin be upon us!"
当叶尔孤白临死的时候,你们在埸吗?当时,他对他的儿子们说:“我死之後,你们将崇拜甚麽?”他们说:“我们将崇拜你所崇拜的,和你的祖先易卜拉欣、易司马仪、易司哈格所崇拜的──独一的主宰──我们只归顺他。”
你们当中,若有人在临死的时候,还有遗产,那末,应当为双亲和至亲而秉公遗嘱。这已成你们的定制,这是敬畏者应尽的义务。
析产的时候,如有亲戚、孤儿、贫民在场,你们当以一部分遗产周济他们,并对他们说温和的言语。
终身作恶,临死才说:“现在我确已悔罪”的人,不蒙赦宥;临死还不信道的人,也不蒙赦宥。这等人,我已为他们预备了痛苦的刑罚。
信道的人们啊!当你们中有人临终作遗嘱的时候,你们之间的作证,是你们(教胞)中两个公正人的作证,或别的两个外(教)人的作证,倘若你们旅行异乡,而病势垂危。礼拜之后,你们留著这两个证人,如果你们怀疑他们俩的忠实,他们俩就奉真主之名而发誓,说:“我们俩不以这个盟誓换取任何代价,即使我们俩所代证的,是我们俩的亲戚,我们俩也不隐讳真主所重视的证据;否则,我们俩必是犯罪的人。”
