And (for) every
man
We have fastened to him
his fate
in
his neck,
and We will bring forth
for him
(on the) Day
(of) the Resurrection
a record
which he will find
wide open.
And (do) not
make
your hand
chained
to
your neck,
and not
extend it
(to its) utmost
reach,
so that you sit
blameworthy,
insolvent.
And will say
those who
were oppressed
to those who
were arrogant,
'Nay,
(it was) a plot
(by) night
and (by) day
when
you were ordering us
that
we disbelieve
in Allah
and we set up
for Him
equals.'
But they will conceal
the regret
when
they see
the punishment.
And We will put
shackles
on
(the) necks
(of) those who
disbelieved.
Will
they be recompensed
except
(for) what
they used to
do?
And if
you (are) atonished,
then astonishing
(is) their saying,
`When
we are
dust,
will we
(be) indeed in
a creation
new?
Those
(are) the ones who
disbelieved
in their Lord,
and those
the iron chains
(will be) in
their necks,
those
(are the)) companions
(of) the Fire,
they
in it
(will) abide forever.
Indeed, We
[We] have placed
on
their necks
iron collars,
and they
(are up) to
the chins,
so they
(are with) heads aloft.
When
the iron collars
(will be) around
their necks
and the chains,
they will be dragged.
If
We will,
We can send down
to them
from
the sky
a Sign
so would bend
their necks
to it
(in) humility.
When
inspired
your Lord
to
the Angels,
`I Am
with you,
so strengthen
those who
believed.
I will cast
in
(the) hearts
(of) those who
disbelieved -
the terror,
so strike
above
the necks
and strik
of them
every
fingertips.`
'Return them
to me.'
Then he began
to pass (his hand)
over the legs
and the necks.
Every man's fate We have fastened on his own neck: On the Day of Judgment We shall bring out for him a scroll, which he will see spread open.
Make not thy hand tied (like a niggard's) to thy neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach, so that thou become blameworthy and destitute.
Those who had been despised will say to the arrogant ones: "Nay! it was a plot (of yours) by day and by night: Behold! Ye (constantly) ordered us to be ungrateful to Allah and to attribute equals to Him!" They will declare (their) repentance when they see the Penalty: We shall put yokes on the necks of the Unbelievers: It would only be a requital for their (ill) Deeds.
If thou dost marvel (at their want of faith), strange is their saying: "When we are (actually) dust, shall we indeed then be in a creation renewed?" They are those who deny their Lord! They are those round whose necks will be yokes (of servitude): they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (for aye)!
We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see).
When the yokes (shall be) round their necks, and the chains; they shall be dragged along-
If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility.
Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."
"Bring them back to me." then began he to pass his hand over (their) legs and their necks.
我使每个人的行为附著在他的脖子上。在复活日，我要为每个人取出一个展开的本子，
你不要把自己的手束在脖子上，也不要把手完全伸开，以免你变成悔恨的受责备者。
被欺负的人们将对骄傲的人们说：“不然！这是你们昼夜的计谋。当时，你们教我们不信真主，却为他树立许多匹敌。”当他们看见刑罚的时候，他们表示悔恨。我要反枷锁放在在信道者的脖子上，他们只受他们的行为的报酬。
如果你感到惊讶，那末，他们的这句话才是奇怪的：”当我们变成为尘土的时候，我们必定要重新受造吗？”这等人是不信他们的主的，这等人是要带枷锁的；这等人是居住火狱的，他们将永居其中。
我确已把枷锁放在他们的脖子上，那些枷锁达到下巴，所以他们不能低头。
那时，铁圈和铁链，将在他们的颈上，
如果我意欲，我将从天上降示他们一个迹象，他们就为它而俯首贴耳。
当时，你的主启示众天神：”我是与你们同在的，故你们当使信道者坚定。我要把恐怖投在不信道的人的心中。”故你们当斩他们的首级，断他们的指头。
他说：“你们将它们赶回来罢！”他就著手抚摩那些马的腿部和颈部。
