If thou dost marvel (at their want of faith), strange is their saying: "When we are (actually) dust, shall we indeed then be in a creation renewed?" They are those who deny their Lord! They are those round whose necks will be yokes (of servitude): they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (for aye)!

They say: "What! when we are reduced to bones and dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new creation?"

That is their recompense, because they rejected Our signs, and said, "When we are reduced to bones and broken dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new Creation?"

They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again?

The Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,- we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)?

And they say: "What! when we lie, hidden and lost, in the earth, shall we indeed be in a Creation renewed? Nay, they deny the Meeting with their Lord.

"What! when we die, and become dust and bones, shall we (then) be raised up (again)

And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed?"

"'When we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments?'"

And they used to say, "What! when we die and become dust and bones, shall we then indeed be raised up again?-

They say (now): "What! shall we indeed be returned to (our) former state?

如果你感到惊讶，那末，他们的这句话才是奇怪的：”当我们变成为尘土的时候，我们必定要重新受造吗？”这等人是不信他们的主的，这等人是要带枷锁的；这等人是居住火狱的，他们将永居其中。

他们说：“我们变成枯骨和尘土后，难道我们还一定会被复活成为新人吗？”

这是他们的报酬，因为他们不信我的迹象，并且说：“我们变成枯骨和尘土后，难道我们一定会被复活成新人吗？”

他们说：“我们死后，已变成尘埃和朽骨的时候，难道我们还必定要复活吗？

不信道的人说：“难道我们和我们的祖先还要被复活起来吗？

他们说：“我们消失在地下之后，难道我们必定重新受造吗？”不然！他们不信将与他们的主相会。

难道我们死后，已变为尘土和朽骨的时候，必定复活吗？

并且说：“难道我们务必要为一个狂妄的诗人，而抛弃我们的众神灵吗？”

难道我们死后，已变为尘土和朽骨的时候，还必定要受报酬吗？'”

他们常说：“难道我们死后，已变成尘土和枯骨的时候，我们必定要复活吗？

他们说：“我们必定复元吗？
