The people of the Book know this as they know their own sons; but some of them conceal the truth which they themselves know.

Said the chiefs of Pharaoh's people: "Wilt thou leave Moses and his people, to spread mischief in the land, and to abandon thee and thy gods?" He said: "Their male children will we slay; (only) their females will we save alive; and we have over them (power) irresistible."

Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections, depressing a small group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief.

Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.

蒙我赏赐经典的人，认识他，犹如认识自己的儿女一样。他们中有一派人，的确明知故犯地隐讳真理。

法老的百姓中的众领袖说：“难道你要任随穆萨和他的宗族在地方上作恶，并抛弃你和你的众神灵吗？”他说：“我们要屠杀他们的儿子，保全他们的妇女，我们确是统治他们的。

法老确已在国中傲慢，他把国民分成许多宗派，而欺负其中的一派人；屠杀他们的男孩，保全他们的女孩。他确是伤风败俗的。

你不会发现确信真主和末日的民众，会与违抗真主和使者的人相亲相爱，即使那等人是他们的父亲，或儿子，或兄弟，或亲戚。这等人，真主曾将正信铭刻在他们的心上，并且以从他降下的精神援助他们。他将使他们入下临诸河的乐园，而永居其中。真主喜悦他们，他们也喜悦他。这等人是真主的党羽，真的，真主的党羽确是成功的。
