Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how Allah doth make His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!

The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!

If indeed thou ask them who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law), they will certainly reply, "Allah". How are they then deluded away (from the truth)?

On the Day that the Hour (of Reckoning) will be established, the transgressors will swear that they tarried not but an hour: thus were they used to being deluded!

If thou ask them, who created them, they will certainly say, Allah: How then are they deluded away (from the Truth)?

When thou lookest at them, their exteriors please thee; and when they speak, thou listenest to their words. They are as (worthless as hollow) pieces of timber propped up, (unable to stand on their own). They think that every cry is against them. They are the enemies; so beware of them. The curse of Allah be on them! How are they deluded (away from the Truth)!

麦尔彦之子麦西哈，只是一个使者，在他之前，有许多使者确已逝去了。他母亲是一个诚实的人。他们俩也是吃饭的。你看我怎样为他们阐明一切迹象，然后，你看他们是如何悖谬的。

犹太人说：“欧宰尔是真主的儿子。”基督教徒说：“麦西哈是真主的儿子”。这是他们信口开河，仿效从前不信道者的口吻。愿真主诅咒他们。他们怎么如此放荡呢！

如果你问他们：”谁创造了天地，制服了日月？”他们必定说：“真主。”他们是如何荒谬的！

复活时降临之日，犯罪的人发誓说他们只逗留了一霎时，他们原是这样悖谬的。

如果你问他们，谁创造他们，他们必定说：“真主。”他们是如何悖谬呢？

当你看见他们的时候，他们的体格，将使你赞叹。如果他们说话，你就静听他们的言辞，他们好像木偶样，他们以为一切呐喊，都是对他们而发的。他们确是敌人，故你当谨防他们。愿真主诛灭他们！他们是如何悖谬的呢！
