If not
you go forth,
He will punish you
with a painful punishment,
and will replace you
(with) a people
other than you,
and not
you can harm Him
(in) anything.
And Allah
(is) on
every
thing
All-Powerful.
Your Lord
(is) most knowing
of you.
If
He wills,
He will have mercy on you
or
if
He wills
He will punish you.
And not
We have sent you
over them
(as) a guardian.
Say
to those who remained behind
of
the Bedouins,
`You will be called
to
a people,
possessors of military might
great;
you will fight them,
or
they will submit.
Then if
you obey,
Allah will give you
a reward
good;
but if
you turn away
as
you turned away
before,
He will punish you
(with) a punishment
painful.
Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things.
It is your Lord that knoweth you best: If He please, He granteth you mercy, or if He please, punishment: We have not sent thee to be a disposer of their affairs for them.
Say to the desert Arabs who lagged behind: "Ye shall be summoned (to fight) against a people given to vehement war: then shall ye fight, or they shall submit. Then if ye show obedience, Allah will grant you a goodly reward, but if ye turn back as ye did before, He will punish you with a grievous Penalty."
如果你们不出征，真主就要痛惩你们，并以别的民众代替你们，你们一点也不能伤害他。真主对于万事是全能的。
”你们的主是最知道你们的，他要怜悯你们就怜悯你们；他要惩罚你们就惩罚你们。”我没派遣你做他们的监护者。
你对逗留在后方的游牧人说：“你们将被召去讨伐一群剽悍的民众，或他们归顺。如果你们服从（命令），真主就以优美的报酬赏赐你们；如果你们还象以前那样规避，他就使你们受痛苦的刑罚。”
