All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel Made unlawful for itself, before the Law (of Moses) was revealed. Say: "Bring ye the Law and study it, if ye be men of truth."

We gave Moses the Book, and made it a Guide to the Children of Israel, (commanding): "Take not other than Me as Disposer of (your) affairs."

And We said thereafter to the Children of Israel, "Dwell securely in the land (of promise)": but when the second of the warnings came to pass, We gathered you together in a mingled crowd.

We did indeed aforetime give the Book to Moses: be not then in doubt of its reaching (thee): and We made it a guide to the Children of Israel.

He was no more than a servant: We granted Our favour to him, and We made him an example to the Children of Israel.

一切食物对于以色列的后裔，原是合法的。除非在降示《讨拉特》之前易司拉仪（的后裔）自己所戒除的食物。你说：“你们拿《讨拉特》来当面诵读吧，如果你们是诚实的。”

我把经典赏赐穆萨，并用作以色列的子孙的向导。我说：“你们不要舍我而采取任何监护者！”

在他灭亡之后，我对以色列人说：“你们居住这个地方吧！当后世的约期来临的时候，我要把你们杂沓地召集来。”

我确已把经典赏赐穆萨，所以你们对于接受经典，不要陷于犹豫中，我曾以那部经典为以色列后裔的向导。

他只是一个仆人，我赐他恩典，并以他为以色列后裔的示范。
