What! When a single disaster smites you, although ye smote (your enemies) with one twice as great, do ye say?- "Whence is this?" Say (to them): "It is from yourselves: For Allah hath power over all things."

There are certainly among you men who would tarry behind: If a misfortune befalls you, they say: "Allah did favour us in that we were not present among them."

你们所遭受的损失，只有你们所加给敌人的损失的一半，你们怎么还说：“这是从哪里来的呢?”你说：“这是你们自作自受的。”真主对于万事确是全能的。

你们中的确有人逗留后方，如果你们遭遇灾难，他就说：“真主确已护佑我，因为我没有同他们在前方。”
