Does any of you wish that he should have a garden with date-palms and vines and streams flowing underneath, and all kinds of fruit, while he is stricken with old age, and his children are not strong (enough to look after themselves)- that it should be caught in a whirlwind, with fire therein, and be burnt up? Thus doth Allah make clear to you (His) Signs; that ye may consider.

"Or (until) thou have a garden of date trees and vines, and cause rivers to gush forth in their midst, carrying abundant water;

With it We grow for you gardens of date-palms and vines: in them have ye abundant fruits: and of them ye eat (and have enjoyment),-

And We produce therein orchard with date-palms and vines, and We cause springs to gush forth therein:

你们中有谁喜欢自己有一个种满海枣和葡萄，下临诸河，能出产很多果实的园圃，在自己已老迈，而儿女还是弱小的时候，遭遇挟火的旋风，把自己的园圃，烧毁无遗呢？真主为你们这样阐明许多迹象，以便你们思维。

或者你有一座园圃，种植著椰枣和匍萄，你使河流贯穿其间；

--然后，我借它而为你们创造许多枣园和葡萄园，其中有许多水果都是你们的，你们得取而食之。

我在大地上创造许多椰枣园、葡萄园，我使许多源泉，从地中涌出，
