Ah! ye are those who love them, but they love you not,- though ye believe in the whole of the Book. When they meet you, they say, "We believe": But when they are alone, they bite off the very tips of their fingers at you in their rage. Say: "Perish in you rage; Allah knoweth well all the secrets of the heart."

Behold, ye are those invited to spend (of your substance) in the Way of Allah: But among you are some that are niggardly. But any who are niggardly are so at the expense of their own souls. But Allah is free of all wants, and it is ye that are needy. If ye turn back (from the Path), He will substitute in your stead another people; then they would not be like you!

你们喜爱他们，他们却不喜爱你们，你们确信一切天经，而他们遇见你们就说：“我们已信道了。”他们私相聚会的时候，为怨恨你们而咬自己的指头。你说：“你们为怨恨而死亡吧！”真主确是全知心事的。

你们这等人啊！有人劝你们为主道而费用，你们中却有吝啬的。吝啬的人自受吝啬之害。真主确是无求的，你们确是有求的。如果你们违背命令，他就要以别的民众代替他们，然后，他们不象你们样。
