Relate to them the story of the man to whom We sent Our signs, but he passed them by: so Satan followed him up, and he went astray.

And a Sign for them is the Night: We withdraw therefrom the Day, and behold they are plunged in darkness;

But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, an seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

你应当对他们宣读那个人的故事；我曾把我的许多迹象赏赐他，但他鄙弃那些迹象，故恶魔赶上他，而他变成了迷误者。

他们有一种迹象，我使白昼脱离黑夜，他们便忽然在黑暗中。

当禁月逝去的时候，你们在哪里发现以物配主者，就在那里杀戮他们，俘虏他们，围攻他们，在各个要隘侦候他们。如果他们悔过自新，谨守拜功，完纳天课，你们就放走他们。真主确是至赦的，确是至慈的。
