And when
you divorce
the women
and they reach
their (waiting) term,
then retain them
in a fair manner
or
release them
in a fair manner.
And (do) not
retain them
to hurt
so that you transgress.
And whoever
does
that,
then indeed,
he wronged
himself.
And (do) not
take
the Verses
of Allah
(in) jest,
and remember
the Favors of Allah
upon you
and what
(is) revealed
to you
of
the Book
and [the] wisdom;
He instructs you
with it.
And fear Allah
and know
that
Allah is
of every
thing
All-knower.
Indeed,
Allah orders you
to
render
the trusts
to
their owners,
and when
you judge
between
the people
to
judge
with justice.
Indeed,
Allah
excellently
advises you
with it.
Indeed,
Allah
is
All-Hearing,
All-Seeing.
Indeed,
Allah
commands
justice
and the good,
and giving
(to) relatives,
and forbids
[from]
the immorality
and the bad
and the oppression.
He admoishes you
so that you may
take heed.
When ye divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), either take them back on equitable terms or set them free on equitable terms; but do not take them back to injure them, (or) to take undue advantage; if any one does that; He wrongs his own soul. Do not treat Allah's Signs as a jest, but solemnly rehearse Allah's favours on you, and the fact that He sent down to you the Book and Wisdom, for your instruction. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is well acquainted with all things.
Allah doth command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are due; And when ye judge between man and man, that ye judge with justice: Verily how excellent is the teaching which He giveth you! For Allah is He Who heareth and seeth all things.
Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.
当你们休妻，而她们待婚满期的时候，你们当以善意挽留她们，或以优礼解放她们；不要为妨害她们而加以挽留，以便你们侵害她们。谁做了这件事，谁确已自欺了。你们不要把真主的迹象当做笑柄，你们当铭记真主所赐你们的恩惠，铭记他降示你们天经和智慧，用以教训你们。你们当敬畏真主，当知道真主对於万物是全知的。
真主的确命令你们把一切受信托的事物交给应受的人，真主又命令你们替众人判决的时候要秉公判决。真主用来劝戒你们的事物真优美！真主确是全聪的，确是全明的。
真主的确命人公平、行善、施济亲戚，并禁人淫乱、作恶事、霸道；他劝戒你们，以便你们记取教诲。
