Kill not your children for fear of want: We shall provide sustenance for them as well as for you. Verily the killing of them is a great sin.

Say: "If ye had control of the Treasures of the Mercy of my Lord, behold, ye would keep them back, for fear of spending them: for man is (every) niggardly!"

你们不要因为怕贫穷而杀害自己的儿女，我供给他们和你们。杀害他们确是大罪。

你说：“假若我的主的恩惠的库藏归你们管理，那末，你们必定因为怕开支而扣留他的恩惠。人是吝啬的。”
