When
said
the Angels,
`O Maryam!
Indeed,
Allah
gives you glad tidings
of a word
from Him,
his name
(is) the Messiah,
Isa,
son
(of) Maryam,
honored
in
the world
and (in) the Hereafter,
and of
those brought near (to Allah).
He said,
`Yes,
and indeed you
surely (will be) of
the ones who are near.`
He said,
`Yes,
and indeed you
then
surely (will be) of
the ones who are brought near.`
Then
if
he was
of
those brought near,
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;
He said: "Yea, (and more),- for ye shall in that case be (raised to posts) nearest (to my person)."
