So when
covered
over him
the night,
he saw
a star.
He said,
`This
(is) my Lord.`
But when
it set,
he said
`I do not like
the ones that set.`
When
he saw
the moon
rising
he said,
`This
(is) my Lord.`
But when
it set
he said,
`If
(does) not
guide me
my Lord,
I will surely be
among
the people
who go astray.`
When
he saw
the sun
rising
he said,
`This (is)
my Lord,
this (is)
greater.`
But when
it set,
he said,
`O my people!
Indeed, I am
free
of what
you assoiciate (with Allah).`
So when
covered
over him
the night,
he saw
a star.
He said,
`This
(is) my Lord.`
But when
it set,
he said
`I do not like
the ones that set.`
When the night covered him over, He saw a star: He said: "This is my Lord." But when it set, He said: "I love not those that set."
When he saw the moon rising in splendour, he said: "This is my Lord." But when the moon set, He said: "unless my Lord guide me, I shall surely be among those who go astray."
When he saw the sun rising in splendour, he said: "This is my Lord; this is the greatest (of all)." But when the sun set, he said: "O my people! I am indeed free from your (guilt) of giving partners to Allah.
When the night covered him over, He saw a star: He said: "This is my Lord." But when it set, He said: "I love not those that set."
当黑夜笼罩著他的时候，他看见一颗星宿，就说：“这是我的主。”当那颗星宿没落的时候，他说：“我不爱没落的。”
当他看见月亮升起的时候，他说：“这是我的主。”当月亮没落的时候，他说：“如果我的主没有引导我，那末，我必定会成为迷误者。”
当地看见太阳升起的时候，他说：“这是我的主；这是更大的。”当太阳没落的时候，他说：“我的宗族啊！我对于你们所用来配主的事物，是无关系的。
当黑夜笼罩著他的时候，他看见一颗星宿，就说：“这是我的主。”当那颗星宿没落的时候，他说：“我不爱没落的。”
