then grant him protection

(who) do not know.
If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah; and then escort him to where he can be secure. That is because they are men without knowledge.
以物配主者当中如果有人求你保护，你应当保护他，直到他听到真主的言语，然后把他送到安全的地方。这是因为他们是无知的民众。
