Lest ye should say: "The Book was sent down to two Peoples before us, and for our part, we remained unacquainted with all that they learned by assiduous study:"

"Enough is Allah for a witness between us and you: we certainly knew nothing of your worship of us!"

（我降示天经），以免你们说：“天经只被降示我们以前的两伙人，我们对于他们所诵习的经典，确是疏忽的。”

真主足为我们和你们之间的见证，我们的确忽视你们的崇拜。”
