Then when
he reached
the (age of) working with him
he said,
'O my son!
Indeed, I
have seen
in
the dream
that I am
sacrificing you,
so look
what
you consider.'
He said,
'O my father!
Do
what
you are commanded.
You will find me,
if
Allah wills,
of
the patients ones.'
Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!"
当他长到能帮着他操作的时候，他说：“我的小子啊！我确已梦见我宰你为牺牲。你考虑一下！你究竟是什么意见？”他说：“我的父亲啊！请你执行你所奉的命令吧！如果真主意欲，你将发现我是坚忍的。”
