Only
the charities
(are) for the poor,
and the needy
and those who collect
them,
and the ones reconciled
their hearts,
and in
the (freeing of) the necks,
and for those in debt
and in
(the) way
(of) Allah,
and the wayfarer -
an obligation
from
Allah.
And Allah
(is) All-Knowing,
All-Wise.
Alms are for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer the (funds); for those whose hearts have been (recently) reconciled (to Truth); for those in bondage and in debt; in the cause of Allah; and for the wayfarer: (thus is it) ordained by Allah, and Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.
赈款只归于贫穷者、赤贫者、管理赈务者、心被团结者、无力赎身者、不能还债者、为主道工作者、途中穷困者；这是真主的定制。真主是全知的，是至睿的。
